我们的酒店是一家四星级涉外酒店，在前台的我们见证了本酒店作为保定窗口企业的作为。记得有一次一位香港客人早晨匆忙的在前台办理完退房手续后就离店了，在我们清理前台的糖纸、烟缸时发现有一本护照被落在前台台子下面，我发现就是刚才离店的客人，我预感到这对客人将产生很大的麻烦，然后就根据客人留下的手机号码联系客人，可是留下的是外地电话，并且已经关机了，紧接着我只有联系客人的到访单位中航惠腾，由于缺少相关资料只能找到办公室人员，在询问中该单位人员提到客人可能去了创业中心的某家单位，我通过114查询到该公司电话打过去，如愿找到了离店的林先生，他竟然没有发现遗失的护照。后来，由酒店礼宾员将护照送到客人的手中，客人非常感谢并要求赠送钱物，都被我们婉言谢绝了，客人表示下次他一定还会入住本酒店，并向他的朋友推荐本酒店。有句话说，因为有粗心的客人，才需要细心的我们。我觉得无微不至的服务与良好的团队配合也许就是我们服务行业管理的最终目标吧。
